| Description | INVITATION TO BID For Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Equipment for 230 KWp On-Grid Solar Energy System for Sports Industries Development Centre (SIDC), Sialkot Sports Industries Development Centre (SIDC) Sialkot, a common facility center of SMEDA, invites sealed bids from the experienced firms, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for supply, installation & commissioning of Equipment for 230 KWp On-Grid Solar Energy System as given in the Tender Document. The Center has received funding from the Export Development Fund of the Government of Pakistan for Upgradation of the center a part of which is to be used for the procurement, installation & commissioning and testing of following equipment for 230 KWp On-Grid Solar Energy System; Solar Panels, Inverters, Mounting Structure, DC Cable, Earthing Cables, AC Cable, LV Panels, Earth Pit, Lightening arrestor, consumables, PV genset control module for synchronization for solar system and generator 300 KVA and Accessories etc. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. can be purchased from the Office of the undersigned on submission of a written application. Price of the bidding documents is Rs.1,000/- non-refundable. Bids will be received and opened as per PPRA rule 36(b) Single stage - Two envelope bidding procedure. Bidding documents can also be downloaded from website www.sidc.org.pk free of cost. A pre-bid meeting shall be arranged on: 12-03-2024 at 12:10 P.M. at SIDC Office, Sialkot. Prospective bidders may participate in the meeting. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at the Office of the undersigned on or before 12:30 P.M. on 26-03-2024.
